Beth Carter

Beth Carter joined Protective Life as the Vice President, Head of CX Operations in July 2022, and has oversight responsibilities for Inforce Operations and Claims. Prior to joining Protective, Beth held roles in multiple departments at State Farm Insurance, including leading in Claims, Underwriting, IT, and Contact Center Operations.

Beth earned a Finance degree with an emphasis in Insurance from Middle Tennessee State University and a Master of Science in Management (MSM) degree from The American College of Financial Services. She holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) insurance designations as well.

Outside of work Beth enjoys refereeing youth sports and volunteering in her local community.
