JJ Foster is currently the Senior Director of Business Analytics at Protective Life. In this role JJ leads teams that source and provide analysis for all the lines of business at Protective with a focus on operations areas and value realization. In addition to this role, he also leads a collection of process improvement initiatives across the company focused on improving scale and efficiency.

JJ holds a master’s degrees from the University of Alabama and has spent prior to Protective leading several functions in the Energy and Utility space. Outside of work JJ enjoys volunteering with local organizations to improve literacy in local schools and helps coach is son’s sports teams.
