Alexandra started her career at Marsh, progressing to Vice President with responsibility for the London Commercial Crime insurance portfolio. Alexandra later moved to Willis to lead the Commercial Crime proposition, with broader responsibility for client management and placement of a number of insurance products including Commercial Crime, Directors’ & Officers’ Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Pension Trustee Liability, Public Offering of Securities Insurance, Catastrophe Bond Offering Insurance.
Key to Alexandra’s role at Willis was developing the product offering and advising clients on their financial crime and management liability exposures. During her time on the team Alexandra redesigned the client service proposition to bring a consistently high standard of delivery to all clients and prospects and went on to lead the Retail sub-team focusing on large complex clients within the Directors’ & Officers’ Liability team in the Financial and Executive risks division (FINEX). As part of this role she was responsible for developing and coordinating new business strategies across the broader FINEX division and implementing learning and development programmes for colleagues and through client seminars.
Whilst at Willis Alexandra was a member of the Fraud Risk Management Committee, reviewing and managing fraud exposure for Willis Limited.
Alexandra has since transitioned to Willis Re’s Specialty Casualty division, before acquisition by Gallagher Re. Here she focuses on Specialty Casualty treaties, particularly Financial Lines exposures.
