Malik Abbassi-Antoine joined Lloyd’s in 2024 and is now leading Lloyd’s Europe Market Development activities. Malik has spent most of his career with the AXA Group, in various positions, including legal roles at the group’s holding company, strategic and development leadership roles in Paris and Hong Kong, as well as in heading AXA Hong Kong’s wealth management business.

Immediately before joining Lloyd’s, Malik was heading AXA XL Claims Operations for APAC & Europe. Malik Abbassi-Antoine holds two Master’s Degrees from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Public business law; Financial law) and attended the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris.
