Jade joined AXA in 2018 to drive profitable growth in the heath business through the development of standards and guidelines as well as adherence to these standards in Provider Management supporting entities in European, Asian and Emerging Markets. Since joining Jade has widened her responsibilities to include taking the lead on claims activities, claims leakage and fraud, waste and abuse. Achievements at AXA include leading a claims community in health to support the sharing of best practice, collaborating with entities to develop guidelines to contain costs and drive efficiencies and protect customers, leading to revise processes to measure and mitigate claims leakage, as well as supporting entities to contain substantial costs in the fight against fraud, waste and abuse in health.
Jade previously worked for Bupa Global in Network Management leading on the operational management of Third Party Administrator’s (TPA’s) and medical providers in Europe as well as contributing to the Bupa wide provider management strategy, leading on key healthcare reform initiatives and contributing to measurable savings.
Since joining AXA Jade has clear motivation to become a future leader within AXA and believes that promoting humility and diversity in leadership are key foundations to success as an organisation. Outside of work Jade believes in contributing to her community and continues to volunteer and support with homeless charities in Brighton in the UK, as well as a mental health helpline in Paris where she now lives working in the AXA head offices.
