Rebecca has over 20 years’ extensive experience in distribution, marketing and customer experience management across retail banking, life and general insurance business. Since Oct 2019, Rebecca is holding a leadership position in Generali Life Hong Kong where she is responsible for developing Retail Life Distribution for Generali Life Hong Kong and Marketing Management for Generali Hong Kong businesses. It is an integrated role where Rebecca is leveraging her broad experience in strategic management, distribution and marketing to transform Generali Life Hong Kong to be one of the top players in broking and IFA channels and a brand with strong presence in Hong Kong. Rebecca is also served as the Key Person-Intermediary Management for Generali Hong Kong.

Prior to Generali Hong Kong, Rebecca has held several positions in Malaysia across general insurance, life insurance and retail bank. Her last position in Malaysia was Chief Marketing and Bancassurance Officer with AXA Affin General Insurance where she has spent 9 years tenure.

Rebecca holds an MBA from University of Hull, UK.
