RGA Leaders Of Tomorrow Program to Showcase Industry’s Rising Stars at 58th Annual IIS Global Insurance Forum

For immediate release

New York, New York – Aug. 15, 2022: The 58th International Insurance Society (IIS) Global Insurance Forum is taking place virtually on Oct. 11-13, bringing together insurance executives and thought leaders from across the world to discuss the “Great Reset” of the global business agenda.

The IIS will recognize participants in the 2022 RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program, a perennial fixture at the event.

Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (RGA), a leading global life and health reinsurer, is a 2022 Global Insurance Forum Gold partner and the sponsor of the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program. The program is designed to support a leadership trajectory for a select group of insurance professionals in an effort to attract and motivate key talent. Through mentorship from senior executives and access to their cross-sector networks, the program stimulates creative thinking on strategic issues, provides opportunities for deeper engagement across core business functions, and expands global peer connections.

"Developing future leaders is a key focus across the global insurance industry, so it is our responsibility to invest in talent," says Josh Landau, President of IIS. He adds, "recognizing this as a priority for our entire industry, we’re proud to partner with RGA on the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program, which nurtures and distinguishes those who have been identified as the industry’s most promising professionals."

As part of the program, mentees publish and present original papers during a private session at the conference. While all candidates are considered future leaders, one candidate will be selected for the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow Award, and a select group of three candidates will be featured on a panel focusing on “Insights from Future Leaders on Industry Challenges and Opportunities” at the 2022 Global Insurance Forum before an audience of global industry executives.

Beyond the RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program, the 2022 Global Insurance Forum will offer insight from 40-plus executives and thought leaders on how the industry can leverage technology, mitigate risks, and safeguard resources.
