As the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of MSIG Asia, Felicia Er heads up Risk Management and Actuarial Services where she is responsible for the overall risk management of MSIG in the region including ASEAN, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand. In addition to her role as CRO, Felicia is also Chairperson of MSIG’s Motor Committee where she focuses on optimising the general insurer’s motor business for strategic growth and profitability in the region.

Felicia joined MSIG Asia in 2012 and has over 16 years of general insurance experience in London and the Asia-Pacific region. Her experience includes reserving, pricing, portfolio monitoring, risk management and reinsurance optimisation.

Felicia holds a BSc with first class honours in Actuarial Science from London School of Economics. She is a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (UK), Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Thailand and Fellow of the Singapore Actuarial Society where she is also a member of its General Insurance Committee.
