Kyeonghwa Kim

Kyeonghwa Kim is the Chief Pricing Actuary of RGA Korea Branch, where she is responsible for pricing, R&D and new initiatives. She joined RGA in August 2011. Prior to that, she spent eight years at MetLife Korea, where she worked in various actuarial roles ranging from product development to valuation. In 2008, she moved to Mirae Asset Securities and worked as a pension actuary for two years.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Yonsei University and a Master’s degree in actuarial science from the University of Waterloo. She is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Korea (FIAK). She also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
