Since joining Kyobo Life, Jaeyoon has been working in the corporate retirement pension division for approximately 8-years, from being a corporate pension sales representative to creating pension plan-related materials. His main task was to provide support in adopting pension plans for Kyobo’s potential global clients, mostly MNCs operating in Korea. Throughout this process, he has had the privilege of working closely with numerous domestic and international C-level executives. Jaeyoon's role also requires him to conduct competitive presentations and reports and this experience was instrumental in identifying and addressing the unique and often unspoken needs of each organization.

Although Jaeyoon has been working at an insurance company, his job was mainly focused on the retirement pension business. Still, Jaeyoon's experience in the retirement pension division has allowed him to identify potential revenue streams for insurance companies. A notable insight gained during his service is the preference of multinational corporations to integrate group insurance policies with their retirement pension schemes when setting up operations in Korea. Moreover, after adopting the pension plan, the insurance company can provide retirement planning and pension consulting to the participants of the plan leading to selling of annuity products. This proactive approach not only aids clients in their future planning but also secures long-term benefits for the insurer by aligning Kyobo's services with the clients' evolving needs.
