Jean-Philippe Moineau is the Head of Life, Savings & Health Product Governance within the Group Underwriting Office at AXA Group Headquarters. His role is to strategically oversee, shape, and ensure compliance, innovation, and market relevance of AXA's life, savings, and health insurance product portfolio. He plays a central role in steering a dedicated community surrounding AXA’s product approval process, ensuring the effective dissemination of the Group’s governance within all AXA entities.
With 15 years of experience, Jean-Philippe previously served as head of the health & group protection actuarial department at AXA France and gained valuable risk expertise in the AXA Group Risk Management department. He has also been involved in academic activities, serving as a member of the thesis defense jury of the French Institute of Actuaries.
Beyond his professional responsibilities, Jean-Philippe is a family man, married with two children, and a passionate rugby player. He holds a degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Marseille, along with a Master’s degree in Economics & Finance from the Groupement de Recherche en Économie Quantitative d’Aix-Marseille. He is a fully qualified actuary from the French Institute of Actuaries and a certified enterprise risk management expert from the CERA Global Association.
