His recent activities include crafting special policy terms on policies with perceived heightened risks, changing risk natures etc. upon comprehensive risk assessment exercise with team members, collaborating with cross functional teams to develop, review and recommend new edge cutting products or clauses for approval from the management, engaging company’s customers and partners (clients and brokers) on new product offerings and emerging trends in the industry that influence our collective strategic objectives, underwriting and managing claims of the Oil&Gas and Financial Institutions risks in the Nigerian Market. He is also responsible for developing strategies to grow the team’s contribution to company’s profitability. He also acts as relationship manager and monitors the achievement of operational and financial targets for the team. He has also worked in several strategy implementation teams at Custodian.

Before joining Custodian Life Assurance Limited, Oluremi ventured into entrepreneurship, successfully managing multiple retail outlets under the umbrella of MIS Retail Stores. This experience broadened his business acumen and honed his skills in operations management, customer service, and strategic planning.
