2026 Program Mentees
The RGA Leaders of Tomorrow program empowers rising insurance professionals to reach their executive potential.
Through global networking, senior mentorship and original research, participants gain fresh perspectives on strategic
issues and strengthen their leadership capabilities. For 2026, four finalists were selected instead of the traditional three,
reflecting the exceptional quality of their research and presentations. The finalists are Malik Abbassi-Antoine (Lloyd's),
Charlotte Halkett (Milliman), Kelly Hayes (MSIG USA), and Leonie Schlichthärle (Gallagher Re).
The four finalists will share insights from their original research during a special panel discussion moderated by RGA at the Global Insurance Forum 2026, taking place Nov. 15–16 at the Lloyd’s building in London. One finalist will be named the 2026 RGA Leader of Tomorrow during the event.
